We can't believe week 20 has come and gone. We're half way there!!! Yay.
We went to the doctor today and nothing but good news. Betsy has gained a comfortable 13 pounds since her first visit. Baby Douglass' heartbeat is nice and strong in the 150s. And, the baby is moving. Last week as we were getting ready for bed, Betsy felt the baby move - a stronger movement than normal. She had Bill put his hand on her stomach and he felt it too for the first time. Very exciting. Baby Douglass is moving around quite a bit - more and more in the evenings.
Next visit to the doctor - June 22nd for an Ultrasound.

Tomorrow is your ultrasound and I hope you keep it a surprise! There is nothing like it in th world and the one true good surprise ever! I'll never forget when we had Nathan, our first, and hearing the doctor say, "It's a boy!" - we were bawling! We found out with the other 2 at the sonogram and although it was exciting to find out, it just wasn't the same...don't tell my kids that ok!??! Wishing you the best tomorrow - don't forget to take a tape or dvd!
