Oh my...it has been awhile since I last posted. Sorry about that, I've been busy. Let's see...to give you an update:
1. Christmas was awesome. I got so many great gifts - books, money, toys, a step stool with my name on it, and a full-set of Baseball and Football cards from my mommy and daddy. Daddy says that if I leave them unopened, they might be worth some money when I get older. We'll see if he knows what he's talking about. What else was really cool is that both Grandma and Grandpa Douglass and Grandma and Grandpa Liebsch came to spend my first christmas with me. We had a great time. I love them all so much.
2. I went to my first restaurant with Mommy on her birthday. She turned 33...she says that's old, but I think she's the most beautiful person in the whole world. Daddy and I gave her a charm bracelet that she can add charms to over the years. It's really pretty.

3. I've discovered my hands and feet - at least that is what my mommy and daddy call them. They're weird. They're connected to me and I can move them. I haven't quite figured out what to do with them, but I have noticed that I can put stuff in my hand and feel it. I'm starting to like that more and more. My Aunt Cindy made me a small toy with all different types of ribbon on it. I've started to get good at putting the ribbon in my hands.
4. I pooped on my mommy last week - Hehehehehe!!!! She had to throw away her shirt.
5. Mommy started back to work last week and I started going to day care. I go to Hope Montesorri Academy. I like it so far. My teachers are really nice and they've got neat toys there. Mommy says it's bitter sweet having to go back to work and that she misses hanging out with me all day.
6. I went back to the Cardiologist and Pediatrician last week. All is looking good with my heart and the doctor says that he's going to let me outgrown my blood pressure medicine. Yay me!!! Mommy had an ECHO done on her too and it turns out she has the same aortic dilation that I have - but she has a tricuspid valve and I only have a bicuspid valve. Crazy huh??
And the pediatrician says that I am doing really well. I weighed 10 lbs. 9 oz. at the visit and I'm 24 inches long. Mommy and daddy say I'm starting to grown out of some of my clothes so they keep buying me new ones. Check out these new shirts I got:

7. Grandma Liebsch is coming to visit me next week. And, in February, I get to go to my first little kid birthday party for my cousins Tyler and Madelyn in Topeka, KS. They're turning 2! And, to go to the birthday party, I get to go on my first airplane ride. I'm so excited. I hope they'll let me help fly the plane.
8. And, I go to a really cool exercise class at Gymboree. So, it's not really exercise, but they sing songs and do all kinds of fun activities. I really like music, so this is right up my alley. There are 3 other kids in my class - Evan, Aiden and Michaela. Michaela's parents were in mommy and daddy's birth class - so we kind of already knew them.
9. I'm looking forward to watching the Superbowl with Daddy. He says it's one of the best sporting events of the year. We'll know tomorrow who will be playing. Daddy says we hope the Steelers and the Bears make the Superbowl because the Steelers is Uncle Ted Douglass' favorite team and the Bears are our friend Mike's favorite team.
10. And, of course, it's college basketball time. I'm a Kansas Jayhawk fan and they just lost to Texas - boo!!!! I cried.
Gotta go......it's Saturday night and there is a party in my crib. Adios!
Love ya,
Liam
